The pool, once I got them to take the chains off the gates.

Everything was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes. Very dirty. Manager told me he couldn’t get enough staff to clean properly.

The front desk guy constantly making passes at me. Everything is dirty. And I was never given the room I was promised.

The room was clean and the desk staff person was very friendly. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t have an opportunity to use it.

The rooms are dated and worn, there were holes in the walls where pictures used to be hung. The mattress was uncomfortable. There were stains on some furniture. The breakfast was disappointingly meager. The towels were thin and a bit worn.

Why can't maintenance fix a sim ple repair..Same room one year later which we informed the front desk. The floor has a uneven lip outside of the washroom. Only half an inch (needs a transitt) Wife tripped.One year later not fixed.

The room was extremely hot. The hotel seems to be falling apart. The price does not match the experience.

Was here last year at this time. Have seen many fixes throughout. Staff are very accommodating. Rooms are clean and beds comfortable

Bathrooms need updating. Shower handle fell off..no grub screw. No hooks for clothing. Walls need to be sanded and painted. I have noticed many improvements and know that you can only do so much in a day.

The management was very friendly and the indoor pool was an added bonus

We got there, hot tub broken again, dirty room. no breakfast that was promised. we cancelled the two other dates we had booked. we will never stay there again.

It was close to the highway.

The clerk had been drinking, reeked of alcohol. The reservation said one room left, but mine was the fourth vehicle in the parking lot. Bedspread stained, did not want to touch anything in the room. Slept in my clothes! The sheets did smell clean.

Close enough to major attractions and highway, very handy to Tim Hortons & convenience stores. Pool was very nice and really made the 3 day stay fun for kids.

Obviously under very needed repair. Very dark in common areas (lights turned off). No MW in room, as advertised. So-called free breakfast was unavailable!! All ice machines were not plugged in...no ice availabl. Commercial trucks idling at night and a.m.

the room was overall unclean. Dust and grit covered the floor. the room was COLD. It reached only 17 degrees, the thermostat wasn't working. Turned her up to 25 with no result.

Motel was dirty, smelly and understaffed, the lobby and breakfast room untidy. Grossly overpriced for a one-star motel. After cancelling the reservation at the front desk shortly after check-in time the full payment for the two rooms went through anyway.

We did not see many hotels available for the date we booked (long weekend) near Killbear Provincial Park. That is why we chose this hotel, but we've got the worst experience staying at this hotel.

Understaffed. Bad service (overcharged at the beginning and uncleaned room). Dirty coffee pot inside the room. Very simple and limited quantity of breakfast. Overall need improvement and better management.

The room was spacious, large screen TV. The pool area looked nice although we didn't have time to go in for a swim.

The bathroom didn't have a fan and the door didn't close properly. Had to ask for more toilet paper (only 1/2 role there) and no kleenex.
